• Arrive at centers by 08:30 am; centers close at 09:30 am.
• Download Admit Card/Roll No. Slip from the MDCAT portal.
• Bring the following items:
• Printed Admit Card
• Original CNIC/NICOP/Juvenile Card/POC/Passport/B-Form
• If using B-Form or if CNIC is lost, bring the original NADRA Token Slip and a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Matriculation/Intermediate certificate)
• Clean clipboard
• Two blue ballpoint pens (no pointers, markers, pencils, or gel pens)
• Follow Covid-19 SOPs: wear masks and maintain social distancing.
• Ensure the mobile number and email address on the application form are correct and active.
• Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are prohibited in the exam hall; violations may result in paper cancellation and future exam bans.
